Meet Phibian
8 years old. Was abandoned and had no one to take care of him. Phibian is a very quiet, but very happy young boy. He has a smile that is unforgettable, and loves to laugh and play with the other boarders at BOC. Phibian isn't one to cry for attention, but it is made apparent by the huge grin on his face that he always appreciates one-on-one interaction.
